To offer our students a globally-competitive culinary education, we’ve designed a four-level 3,500 square meter facility. It features 8 teaching kitchens, versatile classrooms, a demonstration amphitheater, 2 fully-equipped bakeries, a bar simulation and a dining room.

Expanded space is allotted to a central commissary, ample procurement, supply and ingredients storage, a chocolate-pastry room, fruit and vegetable carving room, and a galley mini demo room.  Also, in keeping with our philosophy of innovative education, we’ve created specially designed worktables that move easily about the kitchens and fit together to create a variety of configurations, from team islands to line simulations. Our goal is to create complementary learning environments for classes that never exceed 16 students.

Hi-speed internet access, e-library facilities and a catalogue of reference cookbooks, magazines and periodicals that the students can have access to anytime during the course of their studies, are also available.
